If you are, traffic will be lighter - no school and a holiday for some.

No, we never have done and now they have removed Good Friday too. Bit odd really.

Public Holidays can now float about for many firms and some local authorities. So long as your actual number of days haven't been cut then it doesn't appear to be a big deal, unless you have a religious twist to your mindset

I generally work public holidays, who would want to be off when the public is? But i've only got a couple of days left to take before the end of May so I just figured i'd take Easter for a change.

The company I work for hounours only
    Christmas Day
    Boxing Day
    New Years day
    boom - nowt else
however I do have flexi time so I can make up additional days off when I need them
and their bike sheds and showers are the best I have ever seen so I am not complaining - I was always confused when I worked for the council and got random days off...

I'm working today... graphic design and quotations for LB bikes.

Have trike (recumbent) demo tomorrow. Bike (recumbent) demo Monday.

Spokes ride is on this Sunday. Maye take some time off and go for a cycle.

Vaguely cycle related ... McFall's Chamber plays music of Martyn Bennett tonight. They did the unusual 'Cycles' concert last year at Out of the Blue. Bevy Sisters are support. McFall is a keen cyclist apparently
