Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

It's almost that time again - Sat 19th
Avalanche has gone now. So looks like a Fopp event or maybe Vinyl Solution?
Vinyl is what they like to promote as the 21st century goes back to the future. (Yes of course they sound better but selling music is not as simple as that! - David Byrne's book Byrnes book - on Cannongate Publishing here is worth reading.)
Any hipsters here that buy vinyl to keep the printers, graphic designers and pressing plants going?
Then sneak home and listen to music on an MP3?! ;-)
I did go to the vintage fair at the Corn Exchange a few weeks ago with my netter half, and ended up buying Giorgio Moroder's Metropolis soundtrack on vinyl, with gatefold sleeve and insert intact. Ended up telling the seller enough about it to probably wish he'd put more than a fiver on it!
But I can't say I'm doing anything to keep vinyl alive - it's more likely to end up framed and on the wall.
