Cyclist hits windscreen in car smash

Ouch, I am glad he "only" had minor injuries. Another reminder of why today was so important.

Love how the cyclist hit the windscreen in CAR SMASH and the car didn't hit the rider...

After POP today just outside the Sick Kids a couple who had obviously thoroughly enjoyed the day had a car pull out of a parking space, without indicating, hit the woman, who did not come off, but the driver did not stop and continued to drive off. Disgraceful.

Now I want to see the Avengers again even more. If any of you are of that silly ilk that won't got to the cinema alone and need a buddy, I'm your boy. I recommend the IMAX, not just because of the screen but because the sound system is immense. The Hulk hurts.

@claggy cog, I hope they got the reg no and reported it, hit and run is a "proper" offence! :-(

@smudge...I think they were in lurve and after an initial flurry of shouting and gesticulating, he cycled on no hands, and then they held hands and continued cycling on...so no I don't think they bothered. I think that they probably had other things on their mind!!

Oh very probably!! Well you know the spring has sprung the grass is riz and all that!! Love is in the air!! What better to do when fired up after one of the capital's largest cycling events....
