    So that's 'our' land then!

    And I thought David Murray had bought most of the 'development opportunity' Green Belt near the airport.

    It will be interesting to see whether, after Thursday, CEC is more or less well disposed to such things.

    Anything that might get the tram more passengers is likely to be seen as a good thing!

    No doubt the plans include lots of cycle routes - probably not joined up to anything.

    Amusingly, RBS bought up as much of the surrounding land as possible there precisely to STOP it being developed. Last thing Fred Goodwin wanted to see out his window was someone's McMansion.

    Of all of the businesses in all of the world, you would think that RBS would know that there is NO demand for new houses? Unless of course I've missed the start of this new 'property boom', and the banks are lending silly money again and the Developers/House builders etc are on a massive recruiting drive to satisfy all of this demand?
