Done and done. And enjoyed the use of "inwith".

Done - might want to think about using "skip logic" so people who answer "no" don't see questions that aren't relevant.

@SRD - have posted survey on my FB site and also the CTC yahoo groups sites for Lothians and Borders...just away to do the W.Lothian site. Hope this helps. I posted the link on all of them, not sure how you work out who is who but presume that it goes on the PC/computer's unique identifying code, also if they fill in their post code.
