    I SPENT OVER £1200 ON THIS PROJECT LAST YEAR INTENDING IT FOR LONG DISTANCE USE WITH ELECTRIC REAR WHEEL AND LITHIUM BATTERIES BUT DUE TO MY DISABILITY GETTING WORSE I CAN NO LONGER COMPLETE THIS
