hasn't she been lined up for this for ages?

"hasn't she been lined up for this for ages?"
She's been Labour Transportperson - as shadow - so new coalition could have meant someone from another party, or someone else from Labour if jobs/responsibilities were shuffled.
Obviously Scotsman is headlining the aspect of 'transport' that will undoubtedly take up her time.
I think there is a small chance that 'details' like signed routes around tramworks and (perhaps more importantly) better consideration of pedestrians might happen.
I'm assuming that she will want the Cycle Forum to continue - and that she will chair it, but nothing is certain.

Something for cyclists to contact her about?
Labour talked about a 'Transport Forum' and it is part of the partnership agreement I seem to recall. Hopefully this does not mean dilution/abolition of the cycle forum...
