    it,s just a drunk apostrophe, it just slipped that,s all..
    What is bad is when other punctuation get hammered like when a comma gets high on glue' that can get really bad...

    Here, for the company; here for East Lothian Council who I believe has authority for taxi licensing under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.

    I also like driving school names which can be anything at all it seems....

    'Drive me Bananas' is my current favourite

    Maybe we should start a thread on this?
