Grid reference/Coordinate conversion

    There was a discussion a few weeks ago about grid reference/coordinate conversion, especially doing batch conversions. Since I did some things I thought I'd share them.
    There's now a web app at http://osgbconv.appspot.com for this. It works both directions and can do many coordinates in one go. I think it is quite accurate because it implements the formulae from the Ordnance Survey (two stages including Helmert transformation).
    Any comments/hints for improvement welcome!

    I wondered what on earth helmets had to do with this, and then realised it was a Helmert transformation (whoever he was...)

    Just so long as the rotations in the Helmert transform can be carried out without injury, we should be OK.
