The Hands Off My Bike Challenge Prize - £50k!

A lock which doubles as a pair of drop handlebars. Technically the lock won't need to be that effective as the drops will deter the thieves anyway. The clever engineering to create fake drop handle bars to fit over flat bars when leaving the bike lying around is beyond me but the idea is definitely worth a share of the prize (1% for inspiration?)
