I'm a little late in posting this but I witnessed a very heated argument between one of the cycle rickshaws and a silver private hire taxi on the roundabout beside the Omni centre at about 4:10/4:15am on Sunday as we were coming back from an event in town.
It looked like the rickshaw had been intending to carry on around the roundabout to the second exit by the road works at the top of Broughton street but that the taxi had cut across him forcing him to turn left at the first exit where they were now sat arguing.
My partner and I stood and kept an eye on it because we were somewhat concerned that the taxi driver looked really aggressive.
They only moved off when a black cab honked his horn at them because they were blocking the exit completely.
