Some good stuff there, although it is basically just the law repackaged as a code.
On this page there's quite a lot more regs, that we certainly don't have here.
What do people think of " Cyclists may not wear more than one earphone attached to a radio, tape player or other audio device while riding"
Rather hard to enforce, I suspect!
