  5. Well that blows my 'You wouldn't like me when I'm angry' line out of the water doesn't it...

It's this year's Starbucks redcup special. Experience the taste of the Three kings. Contains some real myrrh.

A mate had an XTZ660 in what we all called "BL Beige" but which he insisted was "Yorkshire gold" :)

Colour is in the eye of the beerholder, as long as you like it that's ok!

Is that your brown bike I said would be nice as a handbag?

"bike I said would be nice as a handbag?"

Bit impractical, no? If it had a mirror I could see that being useful, but otherwise...

And you thought the recumbentists were checking out the traffic in their mirrors? :)

No-one except me and an uber cool fixie* at Peters Yard this morning (oh and a schoolboy who needed his chain recovered from between the chainset and the frame, fortunately I had gloves with me this morning!!) :-)

(* matt black frame red chain, tyres wheels etc, anyone we know?)

Bearded gent and his daughter, both resplendent in helmets kitted our with lights buying a heroic quantity of shopping in Waitrose this evening - including the heavies like bottles of beer and wine and multipacks of juice. EBC bike and trailer parked outside I presume was theirs, with tiny pink kiddies bicycle alongside for the young 'un. Impressive demonstration of the load carrying capability of the humble bicycle. Not convinced he would have been heading up Comiston Road with that lot though...

Guilty! (well, I was home having a nap, but those were my groceries and family...Didn't you recognize the trailer from Kim's pics? :)

Ooh a family spot! Triple points I think. I'm afraid a trailer is a trailer to my un-trailer-trained eyes though and it was dark and I'm a bit blind.

Black and white Go-Cycle sprinting up Dalkeith Road this morning heading for ERI; with cool looking female rider, appearing to be enjoying her effortless cycling...

Chained in Festival Square this lunchtime, rather fetching purple one-piece panniers and a custom saddle cover keeping the leather dry.

Upright tricycle being piloted by an old dear in a dayglo pink beanie, Goldenacre path c. 330PM. She had a cage mounted on the back that must have been for the 2 shih tzu dogs having a sniff about, apparently ownerless, that I had just passed

I've never seen both of the tricyling, shih-tzu walking old dears in dayglo pink beanies in the same room either.

I was being spotted by an unknown girl coming the other way who was also stopped

I had a feeling like I was being spotted at the intersection of Fountainbridge and Ponton Street by an unknown lady cyclist waiting at the same lights heading the opposite direction. I just felt like I had been recognised...

Your cover has been blown now... If she was on a Brompton I would be very careful...

Spotted a head down cyclist with no lights cycling wrong way on Forrest Rd bike lane head to head with traffic. Luckily no other bikes were on it. Had just given daughter her lights for the retro bike and she thought he was pretty crazy too.
