    Hehe, they look cool.

Forgot to post my Uberuce sighting this morning. I was racing the tram up N. St Andrew's St. Not difficult since it only goes at about half a mile per hour.

I was in disguise as a tourist. Big ol' rucksack and lack of clue how the trams work.

A couple on bikes passed me at Pinkhill yesterday: the gent had a kid in a nice trailer. I thought I heard a Dutch accent. I saw the trailer had a "NL" sticker like the ones for cars.

Proper Bromptoneer at Cameron Toll bus 'interchange' yesterday evening. Very slick fold whilst wearing suit trews, white shirt, tie, rucksack and helmet.

Beano descending the Col de Cramond Brig this morning. I thought about offering a high five but the closing speed was too bad so I chickened out with a wave.

yes I spotted you a bit after you spotted me this time (I think your helmet threw me this time as I keep my eyes peeled for a non-helmet-wearing-red-tshirt-chap lol)

keep your eyes peeled for my new steed (spesh allez comp). I haven't ridden her much yet...she only comes out when I know it is going to be dry so...according to the latest highly accurate BBC weather forecasting...she might get brought out on the commute tomorrow or Friday :-)

@Beano - I have a spesh allez comp either 2013 or 2014 model, white. When it comes out (when dry) people say - is that a new bike? THat is how often it has been out. Also it has no granny and as such is less inclined to go up hills than my other road bike spesh secteur comp 2010? Silver, it has mudguards and has seen some considerable use.

granny? I don't think my nan would fancy a backie on my bike lol

I do love my Pinnacle cross bike (normal commuter) as I know exactly what gear I need and how it rides. I'm sure i'll grow to love the new one. Feels a bit alien at the moment though.

After photographing Haymarket infrastructure, back of 12pm, I popped into the station to make a most excellent spot.

Morag Kinniburgh interviewing Graeme Obree for the telly, for a grand launch of the hire bike scheme.

I imagine there'll be something on Reporting Scotland tonight.

I'll be stuck in the tin can tomorrow morning (although not as stuck as the intotowners). But I'll keep my eyes peeled on Friday.

The helmetless version of myself can normally only been seen on warmer days (as measured on the walk between house and garage), which includes most of last summer and very little of this summer.

The 'what's that' shot taken going uphill on Marchmont Crescent?
Couple of these powered balancing mono-wheels going around. Sort of Segway light. Good aid to avoiding exercise but not attractive (cheap?) enough to be popular here yet.

    More like this -

Though the wheel looked like it had a small diameter.
