no my guy is 120, that is a different bike, with cyrillic script then and no beard? There are some Copts in Edinburgh, I dimly recall.

Only been in Dunbar 5 mins and already spotted a guy with a tagalong kidy attachment with a single wheeled trailer attached to that as well as a spanky new upright trike with the name 'Tri 1'.

However I dont think anyone here has seen a 'bent before...

Dunbar is significant because it's almost the only place in Scotland to have designed a worthy pinch point layout (if pinch points there must be).

I spotted a tran-ike thing in York at the weekend. It had an adult at the front, a boy pedaling behind then another boy pedaling behind him. The latter portion had two wheels. Cool.

yeah the difference between thoes pinch point markings and the token foot wide strips of red alongside Mussleburgh racecourse made me laugh out loud first time I saw them.

Yesterday we spotted two police on mountian bikes in Kirkcaldy, at the Links Market (mile long funfair). They didn't have blue flashing lights on their helmets - I was most put out.

I shouted Woow at them, when they then stopped and responded with woow woow woow woow woow woow and sped off....

    ...I'll get my coat!

There was an ambulance bike at the Scottish Bike Show, complete with flashing lights (white, not blue) and I think a siren of sorts.

  16. Min heading up North Bridge (I'd just got off a bus on Leith Street). Seemed to be having trouble deciding whether to pass a chap in front of her on a mountain bike. Or possibly he had a particularly fine derrière... :P

Typical. I have the cold and am wearing trackie bottoms with the legs rolled up and I get "spotted"..

In fact my difficulty was because of my cold, I thought I would follow on behind since I was taking it easy anyway but soon realised that they were going so slowly that I was having trouble staying upright. So I went past.

    Derrière my ar*e. :-P

I was trying to beat the lights up the hill but failed. It did allow a chap on a nice steel Pinarello to go past me though so I had a bit of sport. His scalp was claimed at the fountainpark cinema.

    Thursday evening, 6.12ish:

Cool cat on a recumbent going up Portobello Road towards Jocks Lodge. Orange top. Black glasses and hat.

I was freewheeling very slowly in t'other direction, due to leg not working in satisfactory manner.

Man on electric assisted bike coming in from Musselburgh up Milton Road then Innocent. Bright orange jacket - friendly chap.

First that I've seen whilst on my bike. They are very tempting targets when going up hill. It was also surprisingly quick off the mark (challenge for SRD?)

I only clocked it was you far too late. Something to do with the mist or something.

I think I saw bicyclelegal on George IV bridge looking very dapper in a flowing grey trench coat on his bike.
