It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Coach driver parked wrong way on double yellows, completely obstructing road. claimed it was okay because he was on his break. 'are you familiar with english law'?
I spluttered something about the highway code and double yellows. answer should have been 'yes, and scottish too'
I thunked that traffic laws weren't devolved anyway, precisely to stop this sort of confusion.
And even if it wasn't - he's not in England. The law down there could be that you were required to kiss his boots and call him Lord Smaug-Only-Better when he's on a break. Up here it's still a ticket.
