    Any one know if/when it can be seen with water? I've got a photo in my head I want to take but it requires running water.

    There's a screw tap behind a bush. No actually, I know who's responsible for its maintenance I jus don't know if his number is in the public domain. Personally I think all Council numbers should be public domain.
