CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 16years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

That's WC when younger.
I like the original orange...and it IS this year's colour.
Well, it took a bit of time, but the kit arrive today. Need to get a Merckx-esque action shot (not sure I can carry off that panache!). The fit is slightly off - had to order XXL for the length, and that's still slightly short, but it's also a bit 'baggy' round the belly. Got ideas for nipping it all in though, and the length isn't an issue when worn with the bibshorts.

Nice one! Good job on that.
Excellent look.
Makes me even more enthusiastic about a faux club jersey (League of Marchmont Wheelers? Velo Jawbone Arch? VC Porty Prom?)
Bit clean at the minute, but otherwise lookin' sharp.
Looks good, I would buy. Has the "whatever you ride" strap line gone or is it on the back? as a fan of the Alan Parker movie The Commitments, I am always a little uneasy when I see this strap line but not enough to deter me in my purchase should I be able to ( size medium but if adjustment then size large?). Nice
Looking Good Mr Cow!
One small question, what is that poking out of your belly? On other thoughts perhaps I don't want to know...
They mostly come at night. Mostly.
Team kit looks good.
Definitely the orange, with black stripe all around. The "Whatever you ride..." strapline would be great, too.
So, you taking orders, Anth?
The 'Whatever you roid' strapline is on the back gembo ;)
DaveC, the belly poke is the slightly odd fit. Strangely baggy at the belly - pondering options for, well, fettling. Although Uberuce may be right, there was that strange egg thing and spider in my shed...
(it's movie refs a-go-go this morning!)
I can lend you a sewing machine. Have you seen my latest handy work?
and now with press studs to hold the flap down. All in waterproof canvas.
Nice Dave, a DIY saddle bag has been on my list of renaissance projects for a while but my mums sewing machine burned out when I went to make my tool roll. These two incidents were unrelated...
Impressive, DaveC!
@DaveC
Could you do a canvas pannier in the style of the Brooks Brick Lane but at half the price? There's a market in that.
