Buying a bike shop...

    Some of you may know of my now not-so-secret desire to have a bike shop somewhere, someday.

    Cue random googling, and I'm not sure why I find this really weird, but I find it weird nonetheless. Not only can you buy bike shops, you can actually browse a website selling bike shops, a bit like ebay:

    None in Newington & Southside ward alas. Still it makes you think :)

    Well there have been (at least) six there in the last forty years.

    Probably no more than two at any one time.

    I never knew that.... LB is closed for 3 days of summer hols:-(
    Open again on Saturday... meant to give more notice. Posted on FB and twitter

    Definitely more of a long term aspiration than anything... I'm not in any danger of setting up shop around the corner! :P
