Was interesting to note that Wiggins used the same frame for both road race, and TT - the GB Sport Innovations farme.
The GB Sport Innovations bike actually looks very dated when compared to the trade bikes, Treks, Cervelos etc. No fancy hidden brakes behind forks, or one piece headset and aero stem etc.
Makes you wonder, does all this tech actually make all that much difference when it comes down to it?
...or, if the Sport Innovation stuff is really that good, why aren't Team Sky using it, income from bike sponsorship can't really be an issue for Sky?
