Looks to be more aimed at racing, but thought folks might be interested in knowing about this new FB group:

I _said_ it was a FB group. Those who FB may wish to join/check it out. You don't have to join to see the content.

"You don't have to join to see the content"

But you have to join FB to see content.

I used to have a FB a/c, but didn't use it for a while so it was cancelled. This may make sense to FB, but (no surprise) it annoys me.

Some people keep their FB a/cs private - which is perfectly reasonable. When businesses or groups who presumably want to attract people do it, it's never clear if they they have been confused by FB's settings or only want FB users!

This is particularly annoying when events are 'advertised' on FB where presumably the poster forgets about the settings.

That group's been around for a few months - I'm a member (not that I race at all, someone added me I think).

Sound like sexism to me. Perhaps we guys should setup a Scotland's Mens Cyclists FaceBook Group?

I might go out and burn my Jockstrap!

You tell it like it is! Let's smash the system and replace it with one dominated by big weans all crowding round a new bike wanting a shotty, with not an oppressive XX chromosome in sight! Rawr! Grr! Jars!

    *remembers this morning*

    Well, that was straightforward.

  8. Being a middle-class, white, straight, male in this country now you're in a minority! We have no say in anything anymore! You just need to look at the government, full of.... Oh.... Wait a minute....
