Spent more than an hour this morning cropping branches on the Canonmills -> 5ways section. Good weather for it (fewer bystanders zipping past) but man, am I wet!
Only managed a fraction of it too. It's seriously overgrown :(

Good on you. I'm considering taking a pair of cutters with me, but fear what the Police might say if coaught with this dangerous weapon.

They could make life difficult but at the end of the day, is there a more valid reason to carry garden tools than doing the gardening?
Admittedly, I was enjoying more than the usual amount of overtaking room this morning with a pair of 2' shears in my right hand :)
