Just bought my 5 year old a full set of lycra at the EBC sale - 50% off. I can never refuse a sale ( came with gloves too). And she looks darn good in it too.

"Bad influence?"
'Spose it depends whose idea it was - and whether you'll take her to all the races she wants to take part in...

Totally her idea of course.
also got a new, bigger helmet for the baby for under £5 - pretty good sale!

You are a bad influence: my seven year-old son wants a lycra outfit now I've shown him the picture of that outfit!
Alas they did not have the road race outfit in his size. So I settled for some padded shorts, which will help on longer rides, and a red windproof/showerproof jacket, which will be handy for those brisk nor'easterlies!

Yes I saw this and thought about it but now I find I have bought it because of SRD. On line so might not come. Also went for the raglan as roomier and the 164cm as bigger given the rate the weans grow at. If you don't go to the shop, the stuff can appear on line but turns out someone buys it in the shop ahead of you. There was a jacket on the PDF that didn't even make it into the sale on line but was going to be one in the Edinburgh shop and one in the manchester shop. Had 50% off so I went in last thing Friday, when they are setting the stuff out but it wasn't out yet. I don't like the shop on the weekend when sale is on it is like a jumble sale except the people pulling at the stuff would not likely be seen at a jumble sale
