It certainly is true CC. Whether walking, cycling, driving, whatever - you can do everything you like, but all it takes is a drunk driver losing control round the next corner.
Sobering thought (but not too near the surface, otherwise I'd never go out the door again).

Further you never know if they have passed any sort of test, have insurance, or that the car is not stolen and they are joy riders.
