Weird thing, even after all these years of biking I've never sold a bike!

So how wold I go about valuing, and disposing of my 'his and hers' EBC cullin MTBs? Tried to get misses into cycling, failed, fancy buying a single speed with the proceeds.

Both of the bikes have less than100 miles on them, but some scratches from 'garage' wear.

    GumBay? *

Worth looking around on both sites to see what similar 'garage bikes' are going for. Then sell via either/both.

Isn't Gumtree a bit dodgy? I got the impression one had a good chance of buying a stolen bike on there... (I'm curious because I also have finally admitted that there's no point hanging onto my cheap, heavy, and too big for me MTB... )

I've bought some stuff from Gumtree no more dodgy than eBay and at least you get some face to face time before you conclude the purchase. For selling it'll be fine though it doesn't get as many views as eBay so you mightn't get the best price.
