This article is about someone filming their commutes in. Nothing new for most of us these days - its good that it seems to have got onto the local news though the films shown perhaps weren't quite as bad I've seen elsewhere.
Typically, when the Beeb journalist presses Essex contabulary for a response to the footage, apparently there is "no evidence of any offences being committed".
So that's alright then. Presumably this chap has to be killed or maimed before any action will be taken.
