Hi all, with half an eye on the weather guessw...erm.. "Forecast" for the weekend, I'm wondering if I should get a set of arm and leg warmers before the 3 glens, any must buy/must avoids, or bargains not to be missed?
    Tnx, S

I bought some at LIDL' last sale. 9.99 for two of each. none of them stay up that longonnmy puny arms. Maybe Aldi will have them in their sale thurs? Zipvit has them with 25% off at the moment

I've got very ladylike upper arms - most armwarmers will slide happily down them. So far only some Assos ones have actually stayed up! I really like my Giorgana kneewarmers, but they've had 2 winters and have worn thin now so need replaced. So definitely worth trying them on if you get a chance to pop into a shop.

They are an excellent way to control temperature - easily put on and taken off and stow away small. Recommend them.

I have some EBC arm warmers - fit well, going into year 3 and look / feel fine

Bought some Sugoi legwarmers online in feb - incredibly well made, great shaping, good zips and reflectives - think they were pretty cheap as well.

I have Decathlon (btwin) armwarmers. £12 the pair. They have nice latex bands at the top to keep them up, like expensive cycle shorts. Not sure about leg warmers.. Acutally I think they do but I was not looking for them at the time.

I've got the LiDL ones, pretty good for £9.99 for arm and leg warmers. The leggy ones fit great, but as others have opined, my skinny upper arms mean the arm warmers are a tad roomy at the top. However with a short sleeved jersey over them that should hopefully help them stay up.

Flexibility is the good thing about them, easy to wear under soft shell jackets, over shorts, tights, etc.

The Gore Bike Ozon II ones stay up really well. And I have skinny tastic arms. DHB ones were wrist warmers.

Mornings can still be a bit frosty here, so glad of em. And they go so well with my green bar tape.

DHB Fuzzy Knee warmers are okay. Longer Red Hancapie ones are great (were on sales) and improve visibility significantly :)

I've got the Prendas arm warmers. £8 and they stay up pretty well on me. I'm not known for my bulky biceps...

Aldi do have arm and leg-warmers in as of tomorrow according to their website.

My Twin Six arm warmers cling to my muscle bound arms very well.

The Gore windproof leg warmers don't stick to my legs at all but so long as I wear knee length lycra shorts over them to pin them down, they are fine. And they are brilliant for keeping my knees warm.

Eventually bought EBC ones as they were half the price of branded ones, fitted and I was there. Will probably find out tomorrow if I really like them or not!
