Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Light and Motion lights are generally very good but these look quite old and at that price I'd be concerned that the batteries were old tech - somewhere between the very old bottle batteries and current tiny ones - that wouldn't last very long.
Batteries should be ok, 3 hours isn't bad for a reasonably bright light. Its an older emitter at 150 lumen's it is XR-E territory, these are old tech and being phased out. Newer emitters will get you double the run time for 150l but they tent to go for maximum brightness minimum run time.
For "us" the biggest problem would be the beam pattern is a simple round affair so its not that efficient for commuting.
Good review on Outdoor Informer. But steveo is right, this might be high power but it's not a tailored beam like a B&M.
Still not as cheap as my magicshine clone off ebay !
Left house at 5.45 this morning and it works an absolute treat.
£25 and still going strong - my beam is fairly round, but I can get a diffuser for £4, again fleabay.
