    Just to remind people looking at the forum that I'm happy to rent out a trike or tandem for Bike Week.

    Sorry can't do for free but either will be at rate of £20 a day which isn't bad for a recumbent with three wheels and full suspension or a bike that carries two people (£10 each!) Or one person and a big load.

    Contact via
    Commercial link for LB Bikes

    Discounted whole week rate available at £75

    Go for it... you know you want to!

    Everybody should try riding a strange bike in rush hour, it's a very liberating experience to be treated like you actually have a width dimension :D

    Unicycle for me!

    Well, we just had a whip round in the office and there are now two unicycles here. (35 quid in Lidl today).

    Lunchtime should be fun. If you hear the sound of ambulances near Leith Links, they could be for us.

    @miggy_magic - lol
    @Laidback - I'd love you rent a cargo bike to prove the shopping can be done all in one go by bike

    I rather fancied commuting by Powerisers, but they (a) are not quite in keeping with Bike Week, and (b) would probably kill me.

    For BW I could cycle something different, like a bike with knobbly tyres!

    Well if you put the four pannier rack on the tandem it can carry a fair amount. Suppose it could have box fixed to it to be more bakfiets like.

    I thought about getting a Lidl unicycle but figured it was optimistic that in a week I'd even be able to ride it, never mind to work!
