    I think this qualifies under the;

    * it's about Edinburgh
    * it's about fattening, yummy foods

    Rules.

    The New Leaf Organic place on Argyle Place has re-opened as a co-op and my neighbour was very excited to tell me that it has a "press your own peanut butter" machine, where nuts go in a hopper at the top and you take your own jar along, pull the lever and hey presto!

    Other butters are available.
