It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Little brother reports a younger cyclist has come off in the tunnel and torn up his hands and face badly. He was being tended to and was about to be taken to hospital. Fingers crossed he's ok. I'm wondering what he came off on, perhaps the path was a bit slippy?
Makes me think about whether there will be adequate gritting around there this winter!
I've often wondered about the 'ruts' that have appeared in the concrete in the tunnel - greay, wet surface with those, not a nice combination.
Hope the wee guy's alright.
Assume he was heading out of town and at speed if that's the case. Lot's of rubbish yesterday: bottles, cans, etc. Looks like there had been a party.

There was some sort of Sports club "hazing" in the tunnel on SAturday night. It happens about this time of year each year. Think it's the hockey club if I remember rightly. Lots of boys in cowboy hats and tied together making their way down.
