As usual Lesley Hinds fails include one group in her list of "all road users"...

Freudian slip there from Hinds. "Cyclists? Who?"
The roads will remain open to traffic in both directions, but work on the third site will see the St Andrew Square/George Street juction closed over four nights.
Is that it? Hardly 'misery'.
