    Our work 'Communications' team have some spare time, and I've been offered a bit of it to create a leaflet to welcome new staff cyclists to our facilities (which are quite good: secure storage, lockers, changing rooms, drying room, some communal tools). I've got to write the words: they'll tart it up so it looks 'official'.

    So now I'm suffering from writer's block...

    Does your work do anything like this, either as a leaflet or on a website? Do you have any suggestions about what it should cover? I obviously can't copy yours, but it would be interesting to see the headings and know what other sites have done.

    Greenroofer, I wrote a short piece for our changing rooms to pin up on the notice board, just covering the important points;

    - how to get a locker
    - locations of racks and changing rooms (our building has 2 of the latter and not everyone knows about both)
    - drying room etiquette
    - how to report / complain about faults, maintenance etc.

    I think other pertinent information would be;

    - the nearest bike shop to the office, or the numbers of some of the pick-up and return repair services in CHdot's shop link above
    - nearest cycle routes and the best way to get to them
    - link to cyclescheme details on work intranet
    - names of a few willing volunteers in the office you could chat to to find out more
    - link to any work-specific discussion forums (there's a few out there, let me know if you want details)
    - location / details of any communal trackpumps, spare locks, spare tubes, puncture repair kits. That sorta thing.
