    It's a bit unimaginative.

    "
The Rapha agreement sees the British manufacturer take over from the previous branded supplier Adidas, which had the garments made by Moa/Nalini.
    "

    Is some/all made in UK?

Can't see any mention on their site (though it does have a lot of pages/words).

Apart from removing the Adidas stripes and appearing to be a shinier, more figure-hugging fabric, and moving the blue bar from the chest to the Rapha-style "one arm/leg only" position, what's the difference from the last kit?

Ian Stannard's champs kit is ever-so-slightly less imaginative.

Well Rapha will be even more expensive than Adidas, that will be the main difference

"Rapha will be proud to present the Team Sky range debut online at rapha.cc from Friday 4th January, with select key pieces available to buy."

That translates as expensive. It translates as other things too but I'll not go there.

All the Rapha/Sky products have gone live on the Rapha website.

Yep, there's some pricey high-end stuff, but there's also a surprising number of items at the "more affordable" end of the scale if you must out yourself as a bit of a nouveau cycling fan... ;o) - probably no worse than you would pay for your standard premiership football jersey (I assume).

    Black is the new black

Oh! and joy of joys, the range seems to suggest a return to the cycling casquette, moving away from podium baseball caps.

£140 for a 'pro' jersey, £75 for a 'replica' jersey.

£75 would be cheapest thing on Rapha website. I can't get on, probably their site being inundated with orders. Personally I am going for last year's blood cheats Katusha, I likentheir red jersey, have an amazon voucher to spend at right price if I ignore the exorbitant p and p

There's a £40 "supporter jersey" as well. They seem to have all the bases covered.

For those of a Tight Scot persuasion, I can heartily recommend Velotastic - who stock "pre-loved" retro jerseys at a very reasonable cost.

The Foot Down blog on the matter made me giggle somewhat. They lay into Evans good and proper.

@Bikefan - nice link! Amused to see "Protective" stuff from 3 years ago (that weird brand only EBC used to stock) in there as vintage!
