He could be a customer for my inflatable, visual deterrent lock idea! Just need to set it up on Kickstarter.

Maybe Tom, but he might just not care enough to inflate it. If any of this is true,you would think he would have a PA to lock his bike for him. If so, the PA could inflate your lock for him too?
