London Cycling campaign article about new Bow-Stratford superhighway.

Don't know much about this but thought it interesting, the new segregated sections of roadway and the mention of a "Love London, Go Dutch" campaign. The comments bit is quite interesting too. I wonder how the traffic mix and road widths compare between these particular London streets and our Leith Walk.

This scheme was posted on the Leith Walk thread last week, but this LCC analysis is new and worth a separate thread.

I think the main difference is the (apparent) lack of parking. Not clear what happens now/in future about deliveries.

Stratford high Street is a bit of an urban motorway. More comment here: http://cyclelondoncity.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/at-last-cycle-super-highway-worthy-of.html
