Anyone left with the other bit on their bike?
CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 16years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

Anyone left with the other bit on their bike?
Alas No but did lose a whole smart rear light on leith walk about a month ago.... On the day I'd bought it....
Seems easy to lose if it comes apart like that - quite a lot of weight to waggle about.
yes, you'd think the "smart" designer would put the weight in the fixed part of the light, rather than hang it all off the flimsy clips that hold the body halves together.
Not so smart then.
Looks like an older model. the one I lost was different...
We used to have those on the back of the pedicabs - they have a tendency to come off on a big bump. We used to use strips of gaffer tape to hold them on.
All in all not a terrible light although only about 40 hours in them on average.
