    A shame their pothole creation budget is infinite!

    I hope that doubling the pothole budget does more than proportionately double the number of potholes they fix. (otherwise they're going to need to increase it 100x fold)

    Fantastic news! That means that the man who lightly tamps the cold fill down with his foot can now repeat the process with the other foot, doubling the life of the repair...
