Astonishing that awareness of cyclists is not already in the driving test. Not even for places like Cambridge, Oxford, York...?

I signed it, but the total was 13535 before I clicked on my e-mail and it was still 13535 after I clicked and they said my signature was added. how can I be sure?

@Calum. I learned to drive in Oxford. It wasn't part of the test (which I assume is pretty standard), but was definitely part of the learning before the test. I still remember it being drummed into me to look for bikes down the left side of the car before turning left.
