Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.
Great, now I can spend months trying to spot the five new locations on the front. Anyone want to help me? I'm guessing second from the top is in the Meadows. Lord knows where that ford is. It's not at Ford.
Harrison Gdns?- Canal Leith Walk? - tram barrier Trinity? smiley people with map not sure about the puddle/ford
Well I didn't take any of them (for a change).
Can't think of any in CECland with a ford - apart from the spillway at Threipmuir, and it's not that.
do you not think it is just a puddle?
Princes street gardens before the newtown?
Is that not the Harlaw spillway? Bluddy treacherous when it's wet!!
new construction/bridge at harlaw almost finished might do away with the spillway
Aye - it's certainly wide enough now, and it's an easy step-up from the new bridge onto the main dam path too. One less dismount.
Huh! I was up there this evening and the path from the dam on to the new bridge has been completely smoothed out
good picture
