    I love the line (from the website, not the report, which uses somewhat more formal language) "Politicians, grow some balls"

    Yes but notice too the bit where they also pointed the exact same thing out in 1997 when the New Labour government stopped road building projects and for a while I honestly believed things were going to change. :-(
