I can't believe FS comes into Waverley with ECS and just at sits at platform 2 for three hours before going back again.
Is there some sort of press event going on?

Gresley was born in Edinburgh only because his mother had travelled from the family home in England to consult a specialist gynaecologist.

The return of the Centenary WeekenderStopped by Fenton Barns afterwards in the pouring rain, and picked up a couple of mortise chisels in the second-hand furniturey trinkety place, so not a bad little outing. They also had half a dozen Stanley no.4 Bailey planes, but I have one of those already.
