NEPN cones at Granton rd?

    Anyone know why there was a line of cones across the NEPN at Granton rd bridge this afternoon?

    Presumably flood-fix related... maybe they're going to resurface the bit which lost its surface during the prolonged immersion.

    There was a ditch at the side of the path that hadn't been filled in when I passed last night. The cones were there, I imagine, as a warning.

    Thanks firedog.

    Some cleverclogs must have moved them - they were totally blocking the path yesterday afternoon when my family went through.

    The stoker had to hop off and move them.

    I imgine its some local children playing around. Not across the path when I went past at 08.45.
