Well obviously this is not serious - it's a reference to the troubles cycling on Princes Street.
I think track still exists on the Millerhill to Loanhead line.

Running brakeless as well, so must be fixed - asking for trouble with that chain!

The chain and padlock on the rear right wheel look like a pretty effective brake!
