Somebody was on their MTB on the pavement and hit my colleague leaving a shop, he felt not a lot of pain at the time but it got progressively worse until he was admitted to hospital last week and operated on, he is not sure yet what was wrong as he has to wait to speak to his GP but as far as he was aware the bull bars of the bike that dug into his abdomen may have twisted his stomach
