Fewer vehicles using Clackmannanshire Bridge than predicted

"A report has found that fewer vehicles are using the Clackmannanshire Bridge than had been forecast when it was being built, but that it was still benefiting the local community....the study also noted that was about 7,000 fewer vehicles per day using the crossing than had been predicted for the observed period."

So. We DEFINITELY need the FRC considering that the current bridge isn't going to fall down and the other new bridge is not "performing".

as i remeber, probably wrongly, the kinkardine bridge was going to be closed upon the opening of the clackblah........bridge. It hasnt been so most traffic heading east still use the kinky bridge. If all these were over the new bridge, the numbers MIGHT add up, but then all the traffic would run through the village of kinkardine.
