Gant City Bike

    We saw a Gant City Bike parked on George IV Bridge yesterday evening. Very stylish. (Although personally I'd turn the handlebars the other way up.)

    cc, its quite distinctive - I think it is owned by someone connected to The Outsider restaurant, as it is chained up there every day.

    I don't believe it ever moves further than inside the restuarant to chained up outside as a prop.

    I seem to remember the artist formerly known as TBC saying they had built it up or serviced it in their workshop and when they took it for a test ride it rode like a pig.

    Have occassionaly thought I should drop them in some proofride as sadly the saddle isn't coping too well in the elements with no TLC.

    Oddly enough it's not there now. There's another used looking bike in its place.

    Maybe owner has decided to ride it?
