@Thnurg (does he post on here?) is looking for pics or video of bad infra for his next video. If you have some, can you send it to him?
There's a useless bit on Grove street i seem to remember. and all the tram works...
CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 16years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

If he looks at Wilmingtron's CityCycling YouTube channel he did a wee series a few years back of his top ten bad bits, some of which are still in place...
I'll direct him to my "Trambles" set on Flickr.
There's a terrible door zone bike lane at Chesser/Slateford. With a bit of luck or early-morning filming, it ought to be possible to get a CCEr or two in their car to demonstrate how cack it is in time with the music. It is a music video, right?
Thanks SRD for starting the discussion. Yes, it's for a music video. The song is called "10 percent needs 10 percent" and attempts to make the point that a goal of 10 percent of journeys by bike won't happen without proper funding for infrastructure. I hope to finish recording this week and start making the video for release a couple of weeks before Pedal on Parliament.
The Broomhouse Path with the contractor trucks parked on it? The Broomhouse Path's rumble strips, The Broomhouse Path Cyclist Dismount sign, The Broomhouse Path dogleg at the Gyle access, The Broomhouse Path....
That reminds me. Yet MORE rumble strips have been installed. There's some massive obsession with them down at trams HQ. They might as well just rip up the entire surface and replace it with rumblestrips.
