IT’S TRUE!

Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

Looks like how RDNA's renovation might have turned out.? Would be good if he was called Ralph DNA but he isn't. Also from reading Ralph"s blurb he bought it new and didn't use it much so it is as new form£750
Recombo's is in daily use on school run etc.
Mine only cost me £200..... and a bit of elbow grease. would love to see more out there. Never seen this on the road. Very distinctive!
@recombodna when you painting your box like that then? Flowers are the new flames.
Looks like (from the original posting) that it only gets the occasional outing at CentreParcs. I wonder how many bikes in Scotland that is true for ...
Yeah, sally that's exactly what I was thinking. Apparently 36% of Scottish households own bikes, but only 2% cycle regularly. Or something: isn't 2% the cycle commuting/transport modal share? Presumably this does not count 'weekend warriors', or 'chuck the bikes in the people carrier to the safe family cycling zone' folks...
How do you get a bike that big to Centre Parks - without cycling it, that is.
According to the ad: "The Babboe fits in our people carrier without any disassembly".
So that's how.
How many people could you get in a people carrier if you had that babboe bad boy in it?
Depends how humongous the people carrier is I guess!
Or maybe: bakfiets in the MPV; partner and kids in the second car?
surely you put the kids in the Bakfiets and then the bakfiets in the people carrier?
Two cars to get one bike to centre parts, maybe that is why it is for sale as new? Centre parcs
And on a similar subject, possibly the cutest ever Bakfiets trike:
