    Well, it's me and Alex.

ARobComp and I are respectively deputy heid and heid marshal this year, and while we already have a good few candidates for blue-vest detail, we may or may not need the following:

    b) Around ten more marshals, or at least emails from all the CCE folk who've said they're going to marshal but aren't already on the mailing list. A PM with your address would be lovely.

I would prefer that propective marshals can commit to being independent on the day ie don't be a parent unless you've been careless enough to let them reach adulthood or have someone else minding the weans.

    1) Another deputy. There's a possibility I won't be on the ride this year, instead being in the Eye of Sauron looking at the CCTV screens with 999-type persons for company. The Eye of Sauron is unlikely to be the official name for the room where the monitors are clustered, but it should be. The salient point is that we require one or two more people to be deputies, so that there's at least two people on the ground who are familiar with all the plans and contingencies, and have all the contact details for the 999 types. It isn't really a big step up from being a marshal, now that the planning bit is basically done.

Can help with whatever. Also happy to help with point 1, but note I'll be unavailable the day/night before due to Pre-PoP-Permanenting, and the whole Glasgow thing may be an issue...
